Sinanen Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Masaki Yamazaki, hereinafter "Sinanen Holdings"), a comprehensive energy-, housing-, and daily-life services provider, is pleased to announce that a new company with the name of Sinanen Axia Co., Ltd., will be formed through the integration of the following four subsidiaries on October 1, 2023: Takara Building Maintenance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki, President and CEO: Taro Nakagome, hereinafter "Takara Building Maintenance"), a core building management and maintenance business operator; Indess Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Machida City, Tokyo, President and CEO: Yuji Yamanokuchi, hereinafter "Indess"); GusSystem Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi, President and CEO: Shohei Bandou, hereinafter "GusSystem"); and SunFeel Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Ken Sugawara, hereinafter "SunFeel").

■ Aiming for new value creation with the name "AXIA,"which means "value"

In the Sinanen Holdings Group, the building management and maintenance business is one of the core businesses in our non-energy segment, which we have been expanding through M&A and other means. Takara Building Maintenance, Indess, GusSystem, and SunFeel have all been providing high-quality services tailored to their respective business areas. To integrate the services and resources of each company and provide a one-stop, high-quality service on a greater scale, the four companies and their maintenance businesses will be integrated on October 1, 2023. We have decided that the new company to be formed through the integration will be named Sinanen Axia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Sinanen Axia").

In determining the company name, a proposal campaign was conducted internally and externally, and from the over 800 names submitted, "Sinanen Axia" was chosen based on in-house vote."AXIA" means "value" in Greek. This name symbolizes our aim to bring even greater satisfaction to customers by creating new value through the integration of the four companies. 

Going forward, we will prepare for the integration and establishment of the new company, and following its founding on October 1, we will aim to drive its growth as a general building maintenance company that provides one-stop building and property maintenance. 

Sinanen Holdings, Takara Building Maintenance, Indess, GusSystem, and SunFeel will continue to develop services that address diversifying lifestyles and changes in needs through building management and maintenance business to contribute to the realization of a decarbonized and sustainable society.
