The Sinanen Holdings Group has a Risk Management and Compliance Committee that develops group-wide internal control, risk management, and compliance systems. The committee monitors risk management within the Group, deliberates risk response according to level of importance, makes recommendations to chief executives, and works to ensure total legal compliance, adherence to corporate ethics, and fairness in corporate activities.
