The Sinanen Holdings Group has established a Risk Management Committee chaired by the Representative Director, President, and Executive Officer, and operates the risk management process stipulated in the Risk Management Rules. In the said rules, responsible departments are designated for each risk category, the risks of the entire Group are managed comprehensively and collectively, and the risk management system is clarified. The Audit Department audits the status of risk management. In addition, the Risk Management Committee Chairperson reviews the progress of risk management across the Group at the Risk Management Committee and reports the results to the Board of Directors and the Audit/Supervisory Committee.
