■ Issuance of Integrated Report

Sinanen Holdings has been working on the 3rd Medium-Term Management Plan for the five-year period since FY 2023. Our Integrated Report 2023, which references the "Guidance for Collaborative Value Creation" from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the "International Integrated Reporting Framework" from the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), communicates such matters as the Group's initiatives relating to sustainability, financial information, non-financial information, the various strategies, and a summary of the 3rd Medium-Term Management Plan, which states the Group's vision of "Evolution into a comprehensive energy life creation group that contributes to achieving a decarbonized society."

By using the Integrated Report as one of the communication tools for the constructive dialogue with our various stakeholder constituencies, Sinanen Holdings aims to promote sustainable growth and enhance the enterprise value of the Group.
