■Using the relocation to further promote reform of corporate culture and work style

Sinanen Holdings Group has been working on the five-year 3rd Medium-Term Management Plan with the milestone of our 100th anniversary in 2027 in view. This entails promoting further reform of corporate culture and work style as part of shifting to a stronger management foundation. With the move to the new headquarters building, Group employees will engage in more autonomous work styles to improve productivity and achieve both personal and corporate growth.

The new headquarters building is the location where Sinanen Holdings Group had its headquarters and plant when it manufactured and sold coal briquettes and charcoal briquettes, a business it was previously engaged in. With our 100th anniversary in view, we are aiming for a greater leap forward from our old hometown.

An office that employees will want to go to, hinging on the FUN BASE concept

When designing our new headquarters building, we established the FUN BASE concept to create a space that fosters positive interactions and work styles. We also implemented hot desking across the Group to facilitate more active communication between Group companies.

Seasonal flower art arrangements decorate the entrance space. Sinanen Holdings Group PR videos are shown on the digital signage at the front alongside a mural that showcases our history with vivid illustrations. There is also a monitor that displays how much power is generated by the solar panels installed on the roof.

[Second, third, and fourth floors]

The second to fourth floors are home to the office area. Each floor has its own concept suited to certain work styles. The second floor is HOME, the third is CAFÉ & PARK, and the fourth is LABO. By recommending use of different floors to suit the circumstances of the day, we aim to promote autonomous work styles.

The area of Tennoz Isle is also known as an artistic neighborhood, and some of the pillars on each floor feature artwork from artists at welfare facilities. We plan on holding in-house workshops with Group employees participating to select artwork that aligns with how they want to grow.
