■Promoting health and productivity management based on the Sinanen Holdings Group Health Declaration

The Recognition Program for the Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health was established by METI in FY2016 with the aim of highlighting outstanding large enterprises and SMEs that have been implementing the KENKO Investment for Health program in order to develop an environment in which these enterprises can gain recognition from employees, job applicants, related companies, and financial institutions, etc. The Nippon Kenko Kaigi awards the Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health certification based on the assessment criteria set forth by the Study Group on the Promotion of KENKO Investment for Health (a body jointly organized by the KENKO Investment for Health Working Group of the Nippon Kenko Kaigi and the Hundred-Fifty-Thousand-Companies Health-Declaration Working Group).

Sinanen Holdings received the 2023 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health (large enterprise category) certification, and then received the 2024 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health (large enterprise category) certification together with its subsidiaries Melife-West, Melife, Melife-East, Melife-Hokkaido and Sinanen.

This year, Sinanen Holdings and the five group companies received the 2025 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health (large enterprise category) certification, marking 2025 as the second consecutive year that they have been awarded this certification.

The Sinanen Holdings Group established the Sinanen Holdings Group Health Declaration in 2020 with the aim of making Group employee health an important management issue and to foster a lively corporate culture. The Group has implemented various measures such as measures to prevent exposure to secondhand smoke, support for health management, medical checkups and cancer screening, mental health and stress checks, and promotes work-life balance based on the Health Management Strategy Map.
