Health and Productivity Management
The Sinanen Holdings Group considers employee health an important management issue. We have established the Sinanen Holdings Group Health Declaration to foster a lively corporate culture and are working to manage employee health accordingly.

The Sinanen Holdings Group has established and implemented a system to effectively promote various measures aimed at resolving identified health issues.

| 1 | Establish a health management system | We will rebuild the HD health management system, hold meetings among Group company representatives twice a year, implement collaborative activities between the Payroll and Employee Benefits Section in the Human Resources Department and the Health Management Office and health insurance, and also implement DX and optimize business efficiency by revamping the health management system and operation of health checkups. |

| 2 | Physical health | We will collaborate with the labor union, health insurance, and Group company representatives to support treatment after health checkups, provide health guidance, and prevent the progression of severe diseases, thoroughly provide support to start treatment for high-risk individuals, and also implement locomotive syndrome measuring events, alcohol tolerance patch tests, sleep and women's health seminars, male menopause seminars, etc. |
| 3 | Mental health | We will promote early medical consultation, hold EAP experience sessions for new employees and encourage their use, collaborate with Group company representatives to support consultations and employee return to work, as well as hold mental health seminars for new employees, managers, and all employees with the aim of promoting primary prevention. |
| 4 | Work-life balance | We will implement corporate culture and work style reforms from the perspective of the employee. We will promote initiatives for balancing work and family time, such as reducing overtime work hours, promoting the acquisition of paid leave, and supporting childcare and family care. We will also create work style reforms by recommending a hybrid work style and flexible work style to employees, and adopting a system where employees can sit wherever they want in the new office. |
| 5 | Extending the active age of aging employees | We will promote both physical and mental health support to enable us to extend the active age of our employees based on the fact that employees working at the Company are in their 50s on average. |

The Company actively promotes health management and has received the 2025 Outstanding Organization of KENKO Investment for Health (large enterprise category) certification together with each company in the Group for the second consecutive year.
Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program
We have endorsed and are participating in the Smart Life Project of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, an exercise initiative that aims to ensure that citizens live a healthy and happy life everyday, adopting the slogan of "let's live a smart life!" While working together with participating companies, organizations, and local governments, we are actively contributing to the project, which focuses on the themes of exercise, dietary habits, smoking prohibition, and medical checkups and examinations.
